In an attempt to cut my sugar intake, I stopped buying flavored yogurt.
I buy plain yogurt and to that I sprinkle some brown sugar, a squirt of lemon juice, and add seasonal fruits or granola to it. The kids love it too!
We added pomogranates to ours over the weekend, and it was yummy with the right amount of texture!
